Wine Bars

Wine Bars are establishments that have a seating area exclusively for the tasting of wine.  "Flights" (samples of the same wine from different producers or vintages) may be available.  They may be laid-back or upscale,  and usually sell "small plates" or appetizers.

Establishments are reviewed anonymously with several visits, often on different nights, sometimes by separate reviewers.
